If you regret your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days, from the date of receipt. The deadline requires that you notify us before you return the items, by sending an email to mail@dogcloset.dk or by using the return form (download and print return label here).
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing delivery. If you do not collect your package, a fee of 150 DKK will be deducted from your credit. It is your responsibility to ensure that your return items are securely packaged and not lost. There is no right of return for custom-made items. Items showing clear signs of use, damage, dirt, or similar will be refused. The item must be returned in intact original packaging, if it was delivered in such. If Dogcloset.dk receives a returned package that does not meet these requirements, the receipt will be refused, and Dogcloset.dk will send the package back to the respective buyer.
If Dogcloset.dk receives the returned items in an acceptable condition, the amount received will be refunded, which will be credited to the buyer’s account within 5-10 business days.
We offer a 2-year warranty according to the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect operation/handling of the products.
